Hello! My name is Jordan and I founded Head To Heel because I wanted to provide my clients with an understanding of how their quality of movement and quality of life could be affected and improved by combining complimentary medicine and physical activities, in a way that could integrate seamlessly within their bodies and lives. I wanted to create a program that would give each client an individualized and all encompassing experience to improve their life by connecting their mind, body and movement.

I started my journey in Aerial Dance without any kind of movement background, and because of my inexperience and poor instruction, I quickly injured myself. My coach recommended me to my Structural Integration Practitioner, and he was able to relive the pain from my injury, and so much more since completing the first 10series. The amount of body awareness that I've been able to find with the combination of dance and SI was life changing- the space and realignment and newfound movement understanding that I gained was unmeasurable & beyond valuable. I was able to take the understanding of body mechanics and movement I learned, from my Structural Integration sessions and General Movement sessions, and help my students progress within their abilities.

Now, I want to offer this self-understanding- that comes with the combination of Structural Integration and Dance Movement- to others, regardless of previous experience. Head To Heel has sessions available in many forms; from the therapeutic bodywork of Structural Integration, to a ReEducation of how our movement affects our day to day lives, and the opportunity for each person to push themselves even further by providing the option of more advanced movement training, in the form of Dance and Aerial Arts.

My goal and intention for Head To Heel is to build a practice that will allow me to guide you to understanding your body and its connection within your everyday lives, and beyond. Head to Heel aims to regenerate your body awareness, to become more confident in your body, and in you.
